Im a Certified Nutritionist & Wellness Coach for Mama’s. I started Nourish Us after my own burn-out experience. I was an exhausted overwhelmed mama who lost herself in motherhood. I completely neglected my health and before I knew it, I was dealing with gut issues, hormonal imbalances, high levels of inflammation and was even diagnosed with an autoimmune condition. I knew there had to be another way to live as a mama… a way where we get to thrive too. So I set out on a mission to find it. I learnt about the power of food, I started balancing my hormones naturally, I focused on improving my gut health, I slowly introduced daily habits that supported my physical and mental health, and before I knew it I was living a completely different life. For the past 6 years I have been showing fellow mama’s around the world how to do the same.
Some of the most common mistakes I see Mama’s make when they finally get time to focus on their health…
They go on a diet to try and regain control. They start restricting calories, starving themselves and depriving their body from essential nutrients.
