Chocolate Tofu Mousse
Ingredients- 300g Silken Tofu 
- 1 tin Coconut Cream 
- 100g Dark Chocolate (85%) 
- 1 Tbsp Cacao Powder 
- 2 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup 
Method- Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave until smooth. 
- Add the tofu, coconut cream, melted chocolate, cacao powder & maple syrup to a high speed blender and blitz until smooth and creamy. 
- Divide between two jars and refrigerate overnight. 
Enjoy with your favourite fruit and nuts as a delicious high protein breakfast/snack/desert.
