Beetroot Hummus Dip
Ingredients- 1 tin chickpeas 
- 250g Cooked Beetroot 
- 2 Garlic cloves 
- 1/2 cup fresh Parsley 
- 1/4 cup Extra Virgin Olive Oil 
- 1 Lemon, juiced 
Method- Add all your ingredient to a high speed blender and season with salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth. You may need to add more olive oil as you go. 
Enjoy with crackers and veggie sticks 😊
