Hummus & White Bean Dip

 
Ingredients
  • 1 tin chickpeas

  • 1 tin cannelleni beans

  • 1/3 cup fresh parsley

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/3 cup extra virgin olive oil

  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method
  1. Add all your ingredients to a high speed blender and season with salt and pepper. Blitz until smooth. You may need to add more olive oil as you go.

    Enjoy with crackers and veggie sticks 😊
